Participant, Heartistry Workshop

I was lucky to attend the launch of Cassie’s Heartistry workshop. It was a beautiful sunny day and the retreat space was flooded with light and good vibes. The day unfolded in a gentle structure of welcoming, sharing and creative play with different mediums on offer. Following sharing and expression we were invited to consolidate our energies and go within to the harmonic rhythm of Cassie’s sonorous drum, our energy bodies cleansed with sage. A marvellous day unfolded, creating and meeting our inner artist in the sacred land on the property, sharing delicious food and drinks and a diverse range of activities to discover the depths and diversity of our creativity. Cassie has an authentic, raw, deep and beautifully honouring way of conducting ceremony and guiding the process of exploration. It was such a privilege and a joy to be a part of this and I so look forward to more events to come.
